A Stomach Ache

CHARLENE:     You don’t look so good.
MEGAN:           I have a major stomach ache
CHARLENE:     Did you eat something strange?
MEGAN:           I had spaghetti with clam sauce for lunch.
CHARLENE:     Maybe you have food poisoning.
MEGAN:           Yes, that could have been it, but I haven’t been feeling that great for the past few days.
CHARLENE:     Are you under a lot of stress?
MEGAN:           Not really. Things have been going OK.
CHARLENE:     Maybe you have a touch of the flu.
MEGAN:           I think that I might be getting the flu.
