Idiom: A penny for your thoughts
Definition:
This idiom is used as a way of asking someone what they are thinking about.
"What are you thinking about?"
Example:
John is lost in his own thoughts, his friend Steve notices him and said. "Hey, John! A Penny for your thoughts!
